will play a crucial role in providing onsite and remote support for networking infrastructure, servers, firewalls, backup systems, Azure/Intune, and more. If you are a skilled L3 System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP

- Expertise in Networking connectivity & related equipment, including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, NAT, etc.
- Expertise in Virtualization (Citrix/Microsoft/VMWare) configuration and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (server and desktop)
- Advanced Microsoft Azure / Intune configuration and administration
- Expertise in Server hardware and related technologies, including RAID, iLO, bare-metal restores, backup methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
L3 System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $100k-$120k
- Hybrid WFH Schedule (2-3 days)
