Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP

Due to continued growth, we are in search of a Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP to be apart of the team! You will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration.

As a Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP your responsibilities will include, troubleshoot, repair, and configure basic computer systems. As well as, provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. As a Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP, you must have 1+ years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment.

Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP Responsibilities:

Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals
Understanding of printers, scanners, and other standard IT peripherals, specifically related to installation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with desktop operating systems
Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and maintenance
Experience with RMM (ConnectWise, AutoTask, Datto)
Experience with O365
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
