Level 1.5 Help Desk Technician – MSP Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals
- Understanding of printers, scanners, and other standard IT peripherals, specifically related to installation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with desktop operating systems
- Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and maintenance
- Experience with RMM (ConnectWise, AutoTask, Datto)
- Experience with O365
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
