Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer

We are a top local Cloud and Managed Service Provider and we’re growing at a swift pace and need to bring on a few junior level techs. Being that we provide IT consulting services to small/mid-sized businesses, we first look for people with directly relatable IT experience (preferably with some in an IT services capacity) – but other than that, we base our hiring decisions on personality and aptitude as we see culture fit as just a big a factor as technical aptitude.

The Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer will take remote calls resolving their technical issues and requests. The Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer will have a mix of working from the office, client site, and some work from home options.

The ideal candidate for the Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer role will have at least a year or two of prior IT experience supporting multiple environments concurrently, and experience with a good mixture of the technologies listed below.

Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer requirements:

  • MS Windows Servers
  • Azure Entra ID & O365 Support
  • Windows OS
  • Mobile devices (Intune)
  • Familiarity with at least one remote monitoring / management and professional services automation tool (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Labtech, Autotask, etc)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, TCP/IP, VPN, SSLVPN
  • Ability to work multiple tickets
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer Preferred skills:

  • VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix Environment experience
  • SonicWALL or Cisco firewall experience

Level 2 Cloud & Client IT Support Engineer salary and benefits:

  • Salary range – 60k-75k
