Level 2 Service Desk Support (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
- Administer and troubleshoot M365
- Troubleshoot networks
- Provide Support through Azure Entra ID
- Support Client Networks
- Troubleshoot Vmware & HyperV
- Assist with projects (client onboardings and cloud migrations)
Level 2 Service Desk Support (MSP) Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft cloud administration
- At least 2 years working within a Managed Service Provider environment
- Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Cloud M365, Azure
- Experience configuring firewalls
