Level 2 Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join a well Established Managed Service Provider. The Level 2 Support Engineer should have 2+ years of MSP experience. We have an opportunity available for a Level 2 Support Engineer that will be based out of our Brooklyn Office. This is a full time position with benefits and endless career growth opportunities.

The Level 2 Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting Virtualization, Cloud, and Windows technologies. Level 2 Support Engineer Requirements:

  • MSP experience REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of MSP experience
  • Use of RMM (ConnectWise, AutoTask, Dattos,etc)
  • Virtualization: Hyper-V/VmWare
  • Experience with O365
  • Cloud Experience: Azure/AWS

Level 2 Support Engineer Benefits:
