Level 2 Support Engineer – MSP

The Level 2 Support Engineer – MSP will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting Virtualization, Cloud, and Windows technologies. The Level 2 Support Engineer – MSP will provide support from start to finish for all desktop/server related issues including problem assessment/resolution. The Level 2 Support Engineer – MSP should have good written and spoken communication, detail oriented, Valid Driver’s license, and willing to travel to client sites.

Level 2 Support Engineer – MSP Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of MSP experience REQUIRED
  • Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
  • Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Exchange Server 2010 — 2019 administration
  •  Windows 10 installation, recovery, support and maintenance
