Level 2 Support Engineer – Wireless Networking
Location: Sayreville, NJ (In-office for training, hybrid after 3-6 months: 2 days WFH, 3 days in-office)
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and manage wireless LAN/WAN and wired networks.
- Configure switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Ensure network security and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Support and optimize network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of network troubleshooting or system administration experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Aruba and HP products (required).
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls and networking protocols.
- Certifications like CCNP, CWNP, or ACMP are a plus.
