Level 2 Support Engineer
We are currently seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join a well Established Managed Service Provider. The Level 2 Support Engineer should have 2+ years of MSP experience. We have an opportunity available for a Level 2 Support Engineer that will be based out of our Brooklyn Office. This is a full time position with benefits and endless career growth opportunities.
The Level 2 Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting Virtualization, Cloud, and Windows technologies.
