We are working with a 22-person entrepreneurial MSP that gives engineers real ownership, direct client visibility, and a clear path beyond day-to-day reactive work. This is not a layered, corporate environment where people get buried in volume. Level 2 team members are trusted with client relationships, meaningful technical decisions, and a defined career track with 6-month reviews tied to growth into solutions, projects, or consultative teams.

This is a strong fit for someone with MSP experience who wants more variety, more responsibility, and a company where leadership actually knows their name.

What you’ll work on:

  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, backups, and cloud environments
  • Client environments where you can own outcomes instead of just completing isolated tasks
  • Migrations, configurations, deployments, and infrastructure improvements
  • Advisory conversations with business owners and client leadership
  • A mix of remote work, onsite client work, and hands-on technical projects

What they’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of MSP experience
  • Strong Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking foundation
  • Experience with virtualization, firewalls, switches, routers, and backup platforms
  • Someone who wants to grow into Tier 2.5, solutions, projects, or client-facing advisory work
