M365 Deployment Lead (Local WFH) MSP Duties and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365 users
- Familiarity with mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP) and networking basics
- Knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, SPAM, Email Filtering, and Virus Protection
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange server or other mail systems
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security.
- Demonstrated IT administrative skills with Office 365, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking, and Personal Computing Devices
- Experience with migrations in Exchange and/or migrations and hybrid migrations to O365.
- Document and set up systems for new clients on the Microsoft 365 platform
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure the smooth adoption of the new platform
M365 Deployment Lead (Local WFH) MSP Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: $75k – $85k
- Full-Time/Local WFH
