Managed Service Provider – IT Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Managed Service Provider – IT Systems Engineer to provide escalated support and work along side the projects team on O365 migrations, new client onboardings, etc.

The Managed Service Provider – IT Systems Engineer will provide reliable and effective support of complex IT systems to end users, whether internal employees or external customers. Activities range from managing identities and access to providing dedicated technical support to individual users on issues escalated from the Tier I team.

Managed Service Provider – IT Systems Engineer Requirements: 

  • Experience with Exchange
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Office 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
  • Migration experience with O365 and performing P2V migrations with VMware and Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
  • Server maintenance and support, including MS Virtual Server Solutions
