Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer
We seek a Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer to join one of our Managed Services Providers in New York. The Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer candidate will provide a support for our clients in Brooklyn, NY. The Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer will deliver the White Glove experience to clients and will have the opportunity for career growth.
The Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer will play a crucial role in handling escalated issues. Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer candidate MUST have MSP experience and be technically knowledgeable in O365 and VMware environments.
Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Support Engineer Requirements:
- ***Experience working with a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***
- 2+ years of working in MSP environment
- Virtualization: Hyper-V and VMware
- O365 administration
- Active Directory
- Implementing and configuring network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Azure & A.W.S. administration and support
Managed Service Provider – Level 2 Salary + Benefits:
- $70k – $80k
