Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experience Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager to lead the development of a strategic growth plan for a well established and growing Managed Service Provider.
The Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager will be overseeing engineers performance, company operations, and client projects such as new-client onboardings. As well as, overseeing the service delivery team, which includes daily supervision, coaching,
and performance reviews.
The ideal Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager will have hands on technical expertise and experience managing and leading internal operations. The Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager should possess the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Managed Service Provider – Service Delivery Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of MSP experience REQUIRED
- Expert knowledge and experience providing implementation/migration project planning, configuring, and supporting Microsoft cloud technology: Azure (IaaS), Azure AD, Microsoft 365 project
- Strong virtualization with VMware/vCenter and Hyper-V
- IT Project Management experience
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment Advanced understanding of Windows and OSX Desktops
- Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think ahead and plan over a 6–12-month time span
- MSP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
