IT Project Engineer (MSP)
For over 25 years we have been a leading Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting clients throughout the DMV. We emphasize on ensuring that employees are provided with all the tools they need to give top notch service and opportunity to grow within our company. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a IT Project Engineer (MSP) to join our Professional Services team. The IT Project Engineer (MSP) will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week and come into our Rockville, MD office the other days.
As the title suggests, the IT Project Engineer (MSP) will spend the vast majority of their time working on projects. The IT Project Engineer (MSP) will also need to handle the highest level escalations as needed. The IT Project Engineer (MSP) will handle advanced troubleshooting of server, desktop, and network issues as well as assisting in hardware/software upgrade rollouts, new infrastructure builds, and assisting with business continuity services.

Managed Service Provider – Sr. Project Engineer:
- Office 365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
- Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows, and Mac
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
- Security Monitoring, Assessment and Remediation.
- Installation, service, troubleshooting and repair.
- Operating System installation and configuration
- Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, Azure, and AWS.
- Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
- Centrally Managed WiFi, AV, DSR etc.
- Server Technologies such as Exchange, SQL, IIS, SharePoint, etc.
Managed Service Provider – Sr. Project Engineer:
