Managed Service Provider – System Engineer

We are seeking to add an experienced Managed Service Provider – System Engineer to compliment a small, agile, and growing technical support team. This is a full-time, in-office position within the organization and, as such, offers a starting salary range of $75-$85K depending on prior experience and value-added to the company.

The ideal candidate is a hardworking, personable, communicative, with a passion for working towards ultimate client satisfaction and cultivating immense brand value, this person is just as comfortable discussing the design of a new network stack as they are instructing a developing, lower-tier tech support specialist in any given task. This person will be working on and with a small team to deliver best-in-class tech support to professionals across all market verticals, with an extensive opportunity to make a tangible impact on those around them.

*** 1+ YR of MSP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED ***

Managed Service Provider – System Engineer Responsibilities:

Serve as an escalation point for trouble tickets on the Support Desk (ConnectWise and/or N-Able experience is a plus)
50% projects 50% support- can fluctuate depending on client needs
Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy)
Implement client solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
Consult with C-Level and management suite to include network assessments/assist with writing SOWs
Projects Designing and Planning
Complete Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Migrations
Elevated Technical Support Tickets (Tier II+) (On-site, Remote)
