Managed Service Provider – System Engineer Responsibilities:
- Serve as an escalation point for trouble tickets on the Support Desk (ConnectWise and/or N-Able experience is a plus)
- 50% projects 50% support- can fluctuate depending on client needs
- Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Implement client solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
- Consult with C-Level and management suite to include network assessments/assist with writing SOWs
Projects Designing and Planning - Complete Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Migrations
- Elevated Technical Support Tickets (Tier II+) (On-site, Remote)
