Managed Service Provider vCIO Job Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing our clients with strategic technology guidance and creating technology roadmaps to align with their business goals.
- Provide high-level guidance and consultation to clients on technology decisions
- Create customized technology solutions that align with client business goals
- Develop technology roadmaps to guide clients in making informed decisions about technology investments
- Manage the client’s technology budget and ensure that they are getting the most value for their technology investments
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical individuals within the client’s organization
- Collaborate with the MSP team to ensure that all solutions are properly implemented and maintained
Managed Service Provider vCIO Requirements:
- At least 2 years working within an MSP
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing technology in a business environment
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
