Managed Service Provider vCIO Job Duties:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing our clients with strategic technology guidance and creating technology roadmaps to align with their business goals.

Provide high-level guidance and consultation to clients on technology decisions
Create customized technology solutions that align with client business goals
Develop technology roadmaps to guide clients in making informed decisions about technology investments
Manage the client’s technology budget and ensure that they are getting the most value for their technology investments
Communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical individuals within the client’s organization
Collaborate with the MSP team to ensure that all solutions are properly implemented and maintained

Managed Service Provider vCIO Requirements:

At least 2 years working within an MSP
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing technology in a business environment
Solid understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
