We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Centralized Services Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves monitoring and maintaining critical components within the Network Operations Center, including servers, RMM tools, network connectivity, and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing patch remediation, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
Senior Centralized Services Engineer (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network connectivity, performance, and system alerts within the Network Operations Center.
- Oversee backups, patches, releases, and change management processes.
- Handle NOC and server-related tasks, including patch remediation, firmware updates, and vulnerability management.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing applications and platforms such as MS Intune, MS Autopilot, MS Entra ID, ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Control, and automation technologies (Immybot and Rewst).
Senior Centralized Services Engineer (MSP) Qualifications:
- Proven experience with MS Intune, MS Autopilot, MS Entra ID, ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Control, and automation technologies (Immybot and Rewst).
- Consistent pursuit of industry certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technological role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Meraki, and VMware.
- In-depth understanding of server and storage hardware.
- Commitment to continuous IT knowledge development.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
- Effective time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
