Managed Services – System Engineer
For this opportunity, we are looking for a Managed Services – System Engineer to add to our dynamic team. The Managed Services – System Engineer would be managing projects, doing hands-on project work and some escalation support and going onsite to clients as needed. The Managed Services – System Engineer will be responsible for handling technology, including virtualization and cloud deployments, migrations, implementations, etc.
The Managed Services – System Engineer should have experience with the following:
– Apple Product Line Familiarity (Hardware, Software, Services)
– Business Essential Software & Service Management
– Microsoft 365
– Google Workspace
– Cloud Based Telephony (RingCentral, 8×8, Zoom, Etc.)
– Cloud Based File Share Collaboration (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Etc.)
– Mobile Device Management
– Mass Device & Endpoint Management (macOS, Windows)
**Managed Service Provider experience is REQUIRED**
Managed Services – System Engineer Responsibilities:
• Handling a mixed bag of escalated support, senior administration, and projects/deployments
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Documentation Compilation & Review (Client Environments, Internal Services, Etc.)
• Design and implement system requirements, processes, and design specs based on organizational needs, security/compliance policy, and industry trends
• Designing an entire network and installing
