We are seeking a Manager of Cloud and Windows Support to join the growing Remote Support Team located in lower Manhattan, New York.
The Manager of Cloud and Windows Support will oversee the Helpdesk Team and be a key player in the Windows Systems Administration of client systems. The Manager of Cloud and Windows Support will be joining a 30+person Cloud Development and Migration experts IT firm. This company provides constant reviews and training, certification and reimbursement for school.
Manager of Cloud and Windows Support Requirements:
- 1+ years of Team Lead, Helpdesk Management or Management experience
- 3+ years of experience with implementing small to medium-sized Windows/VMware/Cisco networks and systems
- Experience working with clients face to face or remotely (or working for an IT company)
- Experience with supporting virtualization environments, including VMware or Cloud Technologies
- Experience with administration of the Microsoft/Windows operating system including installation/support of Exchange (2003/2007/2010) and Windows R2
- Experience with VMware ESX/vSphere
