Manager of Cloud and Windows Support Requirements:
- 1+ years of Team Lead, Helpdesk Management or Management experience
- 3+ years of experience with implementing small to medium-sized Windows/VMware/Cisco networks and systems
- Experience working with clients face to face or remotely (or working for an IT company)
- Experience with supporting virtualization environments, including VMware or Cloud Technologies
- Experience with administration of the Microsoft/Windows operating system including installation/support of Exchange (2003/2007/2010) and Windows R2
- Experience with VMware ESX/vSphere
