Microsoft 365 Onboarding Engineer (Local WFH) MSP Duties:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365 user
- Strong understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP) and networking basics
- Familiarity with DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering, and Virus Protection
- Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking, and Personal Computing Devices.
- Experience in migrations to Exchange and/or hybrid migrations to O365
- Lead the technical transition of clients to the M365 platform
- Maintain effective communication with clients, updating them on progress and addressing queries
- Execute, manage, and guide clients through the M365 Onboarding technical process
- Record all work as service tickets in the CRM system (ConnectWise/ConnectWise Automate)
Microsoft 365 Onboarding Engineer (Local WFH) MSP Salary / Benefits:
