Microsoft Field Tech System Administrator Requirements:
- Experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Microsoft based systems
- Expert levels of experience with Exchange 2010/2013
- Migration experience: MS Server 2012 to Server 2016
- Administration and migration experience with Office 365 and Azure
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Server maintenance and support, including MS Virtual Server Solutions
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Server 2012/2016, and Exchange 2010/2013/2016
- Hands-on LAN/WAN technical experience
- Familiarity with remote access solutions
- Strong communication, technical writing and customer service skills
- Leadership/team management experience
- Project management experience
