Due to our growth, we are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Managed Services) who has previously worked for a MSP. The Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Managed Services) is a self-motivated and analytical resource with experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar application development platform. As a member of the Automation Team, the Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Managed Services) will be developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents and integrate them into Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.
As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Managed Services), you will work alongside clients and internal teams, help them to design solutions and implement the benefits of Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities include design, development, and documentation of PowerApps applications, Microsoft Flows, Portal Pages, Forms, and workflows. The Power Platform Analyst will have the opportunity to achieve Microsoft certifications, attend conferences and workshops, and work within an industry-leading managed services team.
Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Managed Services) Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and publish PowerApps to the Microsoft App Store and Teams/SharePoint Online
- Work with client and project team members to design, test, and deploy automation scripts, apps, and flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and configuration issues within various flows, scripts, and forms.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to support requests escalated through client and internal teams.
- Monitor automation ticket queues and processes on a first-in first-out based SLA.
- Assist in drafting documentation and process flows to Power Platform solutions.
- Work with vendor support resources design, build, and troubleshoot solutions.
- Participate in routine meetings and provide metrics and reporting for development goals.
- Exhibit professional conduct in accordance with company standards and core values.
- Document resolutions and contribute to the corporate knowledgebase library.
- Provide afterhours support or scheduled project support as needed.
Marginal Functions - Monitor availability of apps, automation routines and flows.
- Deploy solution licensing and work with third-party software to exchange data/information.
- Research new Power Platform features and solutions.
