The Microsoft Windows Server Administrator will be joining one of the leading innovators in the server hosting industry, headquartered in the heart of the I-270 Tech Corridor. We are seeking a Microsoft Windows Server Administrator experienced in various Microsoft Core Infrastructure related products.
Microsoft Windows Server Administrator Job Requirements Include:
This challenging technical position requires someone with exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to understand customer needs and translate requirements into technology solutions. Must be able to understand and support 24×7 infrastructure and business critical applications. Must have the ability to work in a highly visible, fast paced environment, with minimal supervision and major responsibility. Requires thorough knowledge of IT environments and technologies. Proven track record of working at various client sites establishing and maintaining networks, servers, & systems by architecting, designing, proactively managing, and troubleshooting network problems.
Microsoft Windows Server Administrator Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Active Directory Services including
- Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V 2008/2012)
- Physical to Virtual and Virtual to Virtual migration scenarios
- Support activities associated with business critical, 24×7 support
- Documentation in the area of installation, support and testing
- End-user training and skills transfer
- Other duties as assigned
