Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP)

We are an Outsource IT Management & Support company located in Orange, CA. We opened our doors in 2002 and have kept on a steady growth trajectory since. We support clients in many different industries with no set tech stack, personalizing solutions based on client needs. This allows our technicians and engineers to touch a wide breadth of technologies! We are currently seeking a Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) to resolve escalated tickets and assist Sr Engineers on projects. The Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) should be well versed with Windows OS, MacOS, Windows Server, AD/GPO management, M365 administration, VMware or Hyper-V, Network Administration (routers/switches/firewalls), and Azure AD (Intune is a plus).

The Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider!

Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite and Exchange along with ability to integrate them on mobile devices.
  • Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, and logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur
  • Knowledge of software/hardware repair and Windows 10
  • Veeam Backup
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Azure / M365
  • Networking, Routers, Switches, Cabling, Network setups and troubleshooting
  • Datto RMM or similar
  • Autotask experience or similar
