Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP)

We are currently seeking a Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) to resolve escalated tickets and assist Sr Engineers on projects. The Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) should be well versed with Windows OS, MacOS, Windows Server, AD/GPO management, M365 administration, VMware or Hyper-V, Network Administration (routers/switches/firewalls), and Azure AD (InTune is a plus).

The Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider!

Mid Level IT Support Technician (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite and Exchange along with ability to integrate them on mobile devices.
  • Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Server / Active Directory for solving Tier 2 issues
  • Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
  • Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
  • Understanding of DNS services
  • Install, Configure and Troubleshoot PC, MAC and Mobile device hardware and software related issues.
  • Experience with Azure AD (Intune is a plus)
