The Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) will work with small to medium sized businesses. Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) will be the working closely with firewall, switches and routers. Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) will be working closely with senior engineers supporting different client infrastructure. Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) will have the opportunity to be promoted within the company to a senior role.

Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) Requirement:

  • Being the second line of defense and visiting client sites for on-site support
  • Experience troubleshooting/administrating O365 environments, primarily for SMBs
  • Must have experience with an MSP-oriented RMM tool – (ConnectWise and Datto)
  • Experience working in an SLA-driven environment and ticket crusher
  • Must be able to appropriately document your work (IT Glue and ConnectWise)
  • Proficient with router, firewall, switch, and access point configuration/management (primarily SonicWall equipment)
  • Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including: Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
  • Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate/VMware and Hyper-V

Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) Salary & Benefits:
