Mid-Level System Administrator – Window (MSP) Requirement:
- Being the second line of defense and visiting client sites for on-site support
- Experience troubleshooting/administrating O365 environments, primarily for SMBs
- Must have experience with an MSP-oriented RMM tool – (ConnectWise and Datto)
- Experience working in an SLA-driven environment and ticket crusher
- Must be able to appropriately document your work (IT Glue and ConnectWise)
- Proficient with router, firewall, switch, and access point configuration/management (primarily SonicWall equipment)
- Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including: Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
- Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
- Experience with ConnectWise Automate/VMware and Hyper-V
