Mid-Level System Engineer L2/L2.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization,
- Windows Systems Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
- Experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network, or anywhere in between
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
- Network background working with Firewalls / Routing / Switching
- Extensive knowledge in Installation & configuration of Windows Servers
- Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
Mid-Level System Engineer L2/L2.5 (MSP) Salary & Benefits:
