MSP Automation Engineer/ Tier II Support (Connectwise) Responsibilities:
- Performing network audits and working on projects
- Improve service with developing automation scripts
- This position will be a point of escalation for tier 1 issues
MSP Automation Engineer/ Tier II Support (Connectwise) Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working for an MSP
- Experience with tier 2 support
- Automation/ Scripting experience
- ConnectWise Ticketing System
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge if Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with Network Audits
