MSP Automation Engineer/ Tier II Support (Connectwise) Responsibilities:

Performing network audits and working on projects
Improve service with developing automation scripts
This position will be a point of escalation for tier 1 issues

MSP Automation Engineer/ Tier II Support (Connectwise) Requirements:

1 year of experience working for an MSP
Experience with tier 2 support
Automation/ Scripting experience
ConnectWise Ticketing System
Cybersecurity best practices
Network troubleshooting skills
Knowledge if Active Directory and Azure AD
Experience with Network Audits
