MSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer

TheMSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer will be joining the Cloud Solution and Support Team based in Dallas, TX in office space poised for exciting growth opportunities and continued success in Cloud Enablement.

The MSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer will perform migrations of Cloud technologies and Office 365 integration migrations of Client networks & applications to the Cloud. The MSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer will be the authority within the team on 2nd and 3rd level support issues in addition to providing guidance for 1st level issues utilizing your knowledge and expertise.

MSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer Responsibilities:

  • MSP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • Provide tier 3 troubleshooting support for a complete range of systems and network issues.
  • Implement and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Work closely with senior leadership on opportunities where technical expertise is required during the client and business development process
  • Ability to manage user accounts, security groups, policies in a Windows Domain / Azure Active Directory environment as directed.
  • Mentor, support and develop junior support desk engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities

MSP – Cloud Solutions Engineer Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working for a Managed Service Provider
  •  Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare and Hyper-V)
  • Have in depth experience building and architecting Active Directory domains from the ground up across multiple sites and trusts
  • Experience doing Office 365 mail migrations using Exchange Hybrid setups and third party services
  • Experience with Networking technologies (switching, routing, firewall)
  • Software deployment experience
  • -Can create AD users, groups and group policies completely independently with no assistance or guidance
