MSP – Escalation Engineer
We are seeking a experienced MSP – Escalation Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring/troubleshooting client backup systems and preparing client workstations (builds and deployments). We are looking for a System Escalation Engineer – MSP to become a top-level technical presence to help steer our company as we continue to grow.

The MSP – Escalation Engineer will have the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers and clients to maintain high service levels in a demanding environment. The MSP – Escalation Engineer should have experience with routers, switches, VMWare, Firewall technologies, Server configurations, VM and clustering virtual and physical security technologies.
** MSP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **
MSP – Escalation Engineer Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience working in IT Service Provider industry at enterprise level
- Azure deployments and migration experience
- Previous Networking support experience in enterprise, IT or service provider environment – experience with ticketing applications (Connectwise, Helpstar) and managed service applications (LabTech, Level Platforms) preferred
- Experience managing and creating of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
- Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
- Experience with P2V Migration
- Project Management experience
