- Assisting with projects and working on teams

- Track customer issues and resolutions
- End User support both remotely and on-site
MMSP Field Technician – Cloud Technologies Requirements:
- MSP Experience
- Experience with Microsoft environment; Windows, Microsoft 365, Office & cloud collaboration
- ConnectWise
- Cloud troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Manage client’s IT infrastructure including Servers
