MSP – Help Desk Technician

As an experienced MSP – Help Desk Technician you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Your day to day as a MSP – Help Desk Technician will consist of working one on one with clients to find quick resolutions to easy-moderate issues, all while delivering excellent customer service and valuing the customer.

MSP – Help Desk Technician Experience:
- MSP Experience is REQUIRED
- 1+ year of MSP experience
- Experience with IT supports ticketing systems and RMM (ConnectWise, AutoTask Datto, Kaseya, etc.)
- Microsoft Office installation, product activation, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of printers, scanners, and other standard IT peripherals, specifically related to installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desktop Maintenance, Troubleshooting, OS installation, and new Desktop setup
- Domain password reset
- Experience troubleshooting networks (SonicWall, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, etc.)
MSP – Help Desk Technician Benefits:
