MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH)

We are steadily growing and currently on the hunt for a MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH) to join our Cloud Services team. As a MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH), you will will provide direct technical support for clients, while also supporting the helpdesk team with escalated tickets. The ideal MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH) candidate should be well versed with Windows OS, Windows Server, AD/GPO management, M365 administration, VMware or Hyper-V, Network Administration (routers/switches/firewalls), and Azure Entra ID (Intune is a plus).
At this time we are only considering MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH) applicants with previous MSP experience.
SMSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH) Requirements:
- Experience working with enterprise E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite and Exchange along with ability to integrate them on mobile devices
- Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Server / Active Directory for solving Tier 2 issues
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
- Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Understanding of DNS services
- Install, Configure and Troubleshoot PC, MAC and Mobile device hardware and software related issues
- Experience with Azure Entra ID (InTune is a plus)
