We are a locally owned MSP who supports small and medium clients throughout New Jersey and New York for over 20 years. As a MSP – IT Consultant you would be responsible for managing a set number of clients. Our team is made up of a diverse set of highly skilled technologists who love collaborating with each other to solve tough problems and build industry-leading solutions. We are seeking a MSP – IT Consultant to join our team.
As a MSP – IT Consultant you will apply your technical expertise on a variety of projects using multiple technologies to achieve excellent results. The MSP – IT Consultant will provide front line on-site and remote support to diagnose and resolve user-reported problems

MSP – IT Consultant Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of MSP experience is REQUIRED
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client networks
- Updating configuration records in ConnectWise PSA
- Onsite services
- Oversee a number of select clients
