MSP IT Help Desk Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience working with/knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016), Windows OS (7, 8, 10), MAC iOS, VMWare, Microsoft Office applications
- VMware ESXi & Hyper-V
- Azure AD (Azure VMs a plus) / O365
- ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
- Working Knowledge of WAN, LAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, TCP/IP
- Excellent understanding of desktop management tools
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Good people skills to facilitate dealing with PC users at all levels of the corporation
- Experience in managing workflow and multitasking
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider or full-service IT consultancy firm required
