Our team continues to grow which is why we’re seeking an experienced MSP IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2. The MSP IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 will get to work with the latest technologies, receive top quality pay and benefits (listed below), and be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.

The MSP IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 main responsibility will be taking escalated tickets via ConnectWise and also assist on Professional Services division with projects. Successful MSP IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 should be comfortable working with technologies such as; AD/GPO, WindowsOS, Windows Server (up to 2019), VMware or Hyper-V, routers/switches/firewall troubleshooting and administration, M365, and Azure AD.
