MSP – IT Technician (Level 2) Responsibilities:
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
- Monitor and manage of various client systems, company services and business support systems.
- Install and maintain approved security tools, policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Provide outstanding customer service under stress and time pressures
- Identify, investigate and remediate alerts as part of our network operations center team
- Work with our partners to monitor and maintain various hosted services offerings (Exchange, File, VoIP, Backup).
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
MSP – IT Technician (Level 2) Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years working for MSP Required**
- Experience configuring firewalls (SonicWALL)
- Experience working in a hands-on IT Support environment
- Extensive expertise in Office 365 suite of applications (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure & Azure Active Directory
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of issues on both Windows and Mac workstations.
- Solid understanding of basic networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, DNS)
- Experience with RMM tools (ConnectWise, N-Able, Datto, Continuum, etc.)
