MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer to join a well established Managed Service Provider based out of Brooklyn, NY. The MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer will have opportunities to expand, grow and develop personally and professionally in a fun work environment.

The MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting Virtualization, Cloud, and Windows technologies. This position will be a mixed bag between reactive support and proactive support.

This is a full time position with benefits, career growth and the ability to work with the latest and greatest technologies in different environments. The MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer should have basic networking experience such as – SonicWall / VPN’s / Creating Users / WiFi Connectivity.

MSP – Level 2 Support Engineer Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of MSP experience REQUIRED
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware ESX or ESXi)
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016+ Exchange 2016+, Office 365
  • Experience with administrating Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
