As our hybrid Network Operations Engineer you will be responsible for providing best-of-breed customer support to our clients in-person and remotely. You should have experience working within a Managed Service Provider and will be responsible for monitoring, configuring, and implementing Network infrastructures, upgrades, and migrations while having security as a top priority in mind. You will be looked at as one of our Senior technical points for junior technicians to go to for guidance.
