MSP – Project Engineer
We are seeking an experienced MSP – Project Engineer to join one of our leading Managed Services firms. The MSP – Project Engineer will be part of deployments/projects, establishing, distributing, and routing plans for the entire company.
Due to significant growth in the past 2 years, we are looking to expand our managed services team in order to continue supporting their employee’s healthy work/life balance. The MSP – Project Engineer will be responsible for the creation and implementation of technology and business solutions for assigned clients. The MSP – Project Engineer will have hands-on experience in PowerShell, Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Email, Azure AD, and migration tools.
MSP – Project Engineer Experience:
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
- Design, Implement, Support LAN/WAN technologies (including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..).
- Office 365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
- Operating System installation and configuration
- Implement a data network with routers, firewalls, and switches
- Diagnose network performance/connectivity issues
- Cloud and virtualization using Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
- Experience with ticketing systems and RMM
- Experience with Cisco/Meraki/SonicWall
