MSP Project Engineer (Hybrid) Duties :
- Configure, install, and support Windows servers and other key components in Azure
- Complete O365 migrations from G-suite and Exchange or other providers
- Virtualization (P2V/V2V Migrations, administration) via VMware
- Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary
- Advanced TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, security appliances, WiFi, etc.
- Design and implement LAN/WAN and server infrastructure
- Assess clients’ technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades, new technologies, and integrations.
- Produce high quality implementation outcomes that are sold to clients
- Contribute to improving workflows, toolsets, product offerings/technologies
- Complex software migrations (ERP upgrades, new cloud software installations with integrations with DNS, etc)
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting, Labtech, or ITGlue is a plus
- REQUIRED MSP experience to be considered
