Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000 + uncapped commissions + bonuses + expense reimbursement

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new client engagements, with a focus on industries like legal, construction, and financial services. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership while making a measurable impact on our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business within small and mid-sized companies
- Prospect, schedule, and attend virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Understand client pain points and business needs to present tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with company leadership on closing deals and transitioning clients to the onboarding team
- Contribute feedback to shape sales and marketing strategies for continued success
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in IT services or managed services
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to professional services firms, especially legal, construction, financial services, or fashion (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage C-level executives and business owners
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and client service
- Comfortable networking and building relationships both virtually and in person
