Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000 + uncapped commissions + bonuses + expense reimbursement

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new client engagements, with a focus on industries like legal, construction, and financial services. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business within small and mid-sized companies
  • Prospect, schedule, and attend virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Understand client pain points and business needs to present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership on closing deals and transitioning clients to the onboarding team
  • Contribute feedback to shape sales and marketing strategies for continued success

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in IT services or managed services
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling to professional services firms, especially legal, construction, financial services, or fashion (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage C-level executives and business owners
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and client service
  • Comfortable networking and building relationships both virtually and in person
