MSP Sales Executive – Managed IT Services

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we’re known for delivering proactive computer and network support while leading the way in cloud migrations, security, and collaboration. Our sales team is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performance MSP Sales Executive – Managed IT Services who’s ready to build strong pipelines, close meaningful deals, and grow with a team that values results, resilience, and professionalism.

If you thrive on the energy of prospecting, closing deals, and building C-level relationships, this role offers a rewarding path—with the earnings to match your effort. Our commission structure is designed to favor true hunters, offering increased percentage payouts based on deal size and consistent performance.

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience) with uncapped commissions, bonus, and ability to join the profit sharing program with tenure.

MSP Sales Executive – Managed IT Services Day-to-Day

  • Lead the full B2B sales cycle within the Managed IT Services space
  • Prospect via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Identify key stakeholders and deliver tailored solution presentations
  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments
  • Build compelling proposals and close deals
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with technical teams on pre-sales and client onboarding
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen your edge
  • Build long-term relationships that drive client loyalty and referrals

MSP Sales Executive – Managed IT Services What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Managed IT Services
  • A proven track record of quota achievement (references or data required)
  • Strong grasp of cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, and security
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to C-level decision-makers
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and the drive to exceed goals
  • Strong CRM hygiene and data-driven decision-making
