MSP – Senior Systems Administrator

The ideal MSP – Senior Systems Administrator will be a duel threat engineer with exceptional communication & people skills. The MSP – Senior Systems Administrator individual will be the single highest escalation point on the Service Desk, and should be proficient supporting the latest versions of the following technologies: Windows Server, Office365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, VoIP, and Microsoft Office Applications.

MSP – Senior Systems Administrator Requirements:

2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required***
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, FortiGate
Experience with Azure and AWS
Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls
Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012/2016
Azure AD configuration and maintenance
Proficient with router, firewall, switch, and access point configuration and management.
