MSP – Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a experienced MSP – Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a MSP – Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing the service delivery team’s daily activities as well as the dispatch process of service requests. The MSP – Service Delivery Manager will work closely with the account manager(s) to communicate and resolve significant or re-occurring service issues and provides necessary data to the account manager for quarterly business reviews. The ideal MSP – Service Delivery Manager will have exceptional organization skills and is ready to hit the ground running.
* Must be commutable to Elgin, IL & have 4+ years of MSP experience *
MSP – Service Delivery Manager Requirements:
- Must have MSP EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of Team Lead/MSP experience REQUIRED
- O365 Migrations
- VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization implementation
- AWS and Azure technical experience
- Project Management Experience
- Excellent communication skills related to Customer Service.
