MSP – Service Delivery Manager (PWFH) Responsibilities:
- Measure and manage utilization across the service team.
- Oversees and manages the Service Desk team.
- Possess business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
- Ensure that all customer documentation in ConnectWise is kept up to date.
- Understand processes in ConnectWise
- Technical expertise with Microsoft, MAC, Ninja RMM
- O365 Migrations
- VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization implementation
- AWS and Azure technical experience
- Helps schedule, organize, and assign tasks to members of the technical teams.
